Summer Shuttleworth House Wedding; Sophie & Tobi.

What a stunning day we had at Shuttleworth house for the wedding of Sophie & Tobi.

The day was set, the venue ready and so Sarah popped in to see how Sophie was getting on. Sophie’s stunning dress from Dolly’s Bridal was hanging in the doorway with its stunning lace and beaded detail gleaming in the sunshine. it absolutely chucked it down in the morning, but we did have glimmers of the good stuff for golden hour thankfully!

The bridesmaids dresses (and suit – legend) were hanging up pressed and ready to go and each hanger had a personalised name AND individual photo of the person it belongs to on the tag. We adore small details like this and makes the bridal party feel so at home instantly ahead of the big day.

Whilst Dan was with the boys chilling and drinking fanta, the highlight of Sarah’s morning with the girls was a proper little singing / dancing party before heading downstairs. Everyone sung so loud I am *sure* the wedding congregation heard, and what an awesome way to relieve some pre-wedding jitters. Bridesmaids en point.

Shuttleworth House makes for lovely indoor chilling as it rained outside, and this pair chose one of my all time favourite ideas for drinks reception canapés – A huge tray of nachos with toppings; went down a storm and everyone absolutely loved it! Shaun sang, people danced, and the rain stopped briefly for some confetti chucking outside – win win!

Laughs, tears and cheers during the speeches and we made sure we had enough time to go and capture golden hour; a lovely chance to get 5 minutes together amongst the carnage together.

We took some amazing photos of the couple as they enjoyed each other’s company before heading back to the dancefloor to throw some epic shapes!
