In need of some SPRING wedding inspo? Look no further than E&C’s lovely wedding at South Farm.
Spring has sprung and didn’t it just show at the STUNNING wedding of these guys at South Farm? Getting married in early March can prove its difficulties with the typical British weather, but the rain held off and the sun nearly made an appearance this March at one of our favourites, South Farm.
Keeping the rain at bay meant we could shoot some shots of this gorgeous happy couple outside, inclusive of daffodils at their absolute peak, creating gorgeous pops of yellow shining through the grass.
Bride E opted for a stunning A Line back dress with flowing X trail, a classic number if ever we’ve seen one. And the bow! Bows are back! Groom Craig AND ALL of his groomsman opted for the traditional Scottish dress of kilts.
After the ceremony, confetti was thrown in a traditional corridor style, perfectly situated outside the main house of South Farm, proudly boasting its gorgeous pale yellow tones, complimented by duck egg blue features. We got married here, and we bloomin’ love going back every time – South Farm never loses its charm!
The flowers were stunning tones of pinks, purples and blue, perfectly matching the blue aesthetic of the bridesmaids dresses.
Step outside and the dark skies graced the skies in perfect time for the sparklers to be lit and the happy couple to parade through a corridor of light – one of our FAVOURITE moments to capture. As long as people aren’t too drunk, ha!
The dancefloor was soon filled and the Groom’s Dad really got in to the groove when Stuck In The Middle came booming through the speakers. A defining moment somehow!
All in all we had an EPIC time capturing this wedding at one of our favourite venues.
If you’re planning a wedding at South Farm, then we know this venue like the back of our hands (probably because WE got married here 8 years ago)! You can see more weddings that we’ve shot at South Farm here, or if you’d rather read more about us first, you can do that too!
