Hannah and Lewis’ Harry Potter themed wedding at Bassmead Manor Barns was a beautiful and magical (pun intended) event that will be remembered by all who attended for years to come. The ceremony took place in the charming and rustic rickety barn, adorned with small vases of colorful and beautiful flowers. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed delicious cocktails as they mingled and celebrated the happy couple.
Afterwards, we took a little walk up the driveway and over the iconic blue bridge, where Hannah and Lewis had their couple photos taken. It was a bit breezy, which always makes for awesome photos when you’ve got a super long veil on! The October light was absolutely perfect, casting a warm and magical glow over the proceedings. Win win all round.
The reception was held in the main barn of Bassmead Manor Barns, where guests were greeted by Harry Potter-themed centerpieces and decor and a cake with hidden pets. The food and menu were absolutely amazing, with Bassmead’s famous scotch egg of course. Each guest had a little toy car attached to their place names, to reflect the grooms petrolhead ways, and centrepieces were each a chapter of Harry Potter!
The first dance was choreographed especially, and was made even more special by the fact that it was sung by the bride’s sister! Not a dry eye, I tell ya! The evening ended with dancing and merriment, with everyone having a wonderful time celebrating the love and happiness of Hannah and Lewis.
Overall, Hannah and Lewis’ wedding at Bassmead Manor Barns was a truly magical and memorable event, and we wish the happy couple all the best in their future together.
