The party vibes had already started when Sarah entered Mia’s home. Big silver balloons were covered over the stairs, spelling the words BRIDE. Mia’s stunning dress from Lulu Ann Bridal was hanging up in preparation for her big day. As we all know, Sarah can’t resist taking photos of shoes and Mia’s were no different; a lovely pair of cream shoes with a white bow on the front.
Harper, from Make Up by Harper was on hand getting the girls ready and Tasha Marie Bridal was busy getting the bride picture perfect ahead of the biggest day of her life. Champagne was being poured and there was a knock at the door from Sorella Events who came in to deliver the flowers for the day. The girls all seemed very chilled and were busy ticking off their to do list.
Big smiles from Mia in her white pyjamas and her hair and make up were complete. Now time to put on that beautiful dress. Mia’s flower girls were dressed in their gorgeous hot pink dresses (and having a quick snack) whilst the final touches were being done upstairs.
Another knock at the door, but this time it was Mia’s Dad, donning an incredible black tie suit, complete with black bow tie and white pocket square. We adore capturing first looks and this one was one to remember for a long time. Mia’s Dad looked so proud of his little girl.
Dan was over with the boys who looked dapper in their black tie attire and we had a feeling Neil was starting to get a little nervous. The guests were arriving as Sarah and the girls were taking some photos before heading across to the church. We got some group shots and some lovely shots of Mia on her own and with her family. The types you have in frames around your house. We know candid is the best approach, but nothing beats photos with loved ones.
It’s a thumbs up from Neil and Mia and her Dad travelled in style to the church.
Time to get married. The church was ready, Neil was ready and the guests were waiting. Mia and her father walked down the aisle and it was clear from this moment how much the couple were in love. The way they looked at each other, their vows, their exchange of rings and the celebration of introducing the new Mr & Mrs Webb.
After the ceremonious confetti throwing, we travelled across to Shustoke Barn where a glorious string quartet greeted us. The venue looked wonderful and had lots of lovely details dotted around including light up letter spelling LOVE.
Mia and Neil arrived in time for a quick drink with the guests and it was time for us to get some shots of the newlyweds. There was a big surprise in store after some lovely speeches, a SINGING WAITRESS! We love a surprise and the team from Undercover artists did an amazing job at getting everyone up on their feet, singing and dancing.
The energy in the room was electric and this carried on long in to the evening where there was a packed dance floor ALL NIGHT!
Cheers, to Mr & Mrs Webb.
