Glamorous Bassmead Manor Barns Wedding
From the moment we rocked up to the wedding squads, we both knew this was going to be a wedding of epic proportions. Fun. Grace and the girls got ready at the Bassmead Manor Barns’ bridal boudoir, and were super laid back, all morning. They spent most of the time laughing, and the boys were just the same – which is exactly the reason we love the morning, before the ceremony! A few pre-wedding nerves and utter excitement, rolled into that calm, surreal feeling. All surrounded by those you love the most.
We do get some enquiries for shorter wedding coverage without the morning prep, but we really believe it helps to set the scene and tell the whole story. That, and that time gives you and your squad chance to settle in with a camera around, and for us all to get to know each other a little better. The most introverted of folk relax when they feel comfortable, and this is our time to set that feel! Sarah usually goes to the bride (because she lives for the details). Dan usually goes to the boys in the morning , so you can see what the other party has been up to, as well. (The boys are usually in the pub)!
Grace wore epic bridal separates, which I’m sure you’ll agree looks stunning amongst simple touches of rustic with a glamorous twist. I always wonder if two pieces are as comfortable as they seem, seeing as you get a little extra movement, but paired with flats it was clear Grace was primed to party – And believe me, this lot know how to party! As soon as that cake was cut, that dance floor saw twerking, shoulder lifts and all round some impressive shapes. A huge celebration all for the gorgeous new Mr and Mrs!
