We’ve had the privilege of capturing countless beautiful moments at Bassmead Manor Barns, and each time we return, it feels like coming home. As recommended suppliers, there’s an extra sprinkle of magic in the air, knowing we’re part of the family at this stunning venue with privileges to the staff water machine, woop! This place is the perfect canvas for love stories, and Abi and Matt’s day was no exception.
Bow Ties and Stunning Dresses
Now, let’s talk about our bride and groom. Matt, the dashing groom, opted for a bow tie that perfectly complemented his charm and charisma. And then there was Abi, the absolute vision in her breathtaking dress with a high leg slit that had jaws dropping and compliments flowing all day long. These two were the epitome of style and grace.
A Rustic Barn Ceremony
Their ceremony took place in the rickety barn, surrounded by fairy lights that twinkled like the stars above. THE most romantic backdrop for their vows. With loved ones gathered around, Abi and Matt’s smiles radiated pure joy.
Chilling in the Sunshine
After tying the knot, the newlyweds decided to soak up some sun. With a backdrop like Bassmead Manor Barns, literally everywhere we take candids, it looks epic. The gardens are so lovely this time of year at Bassmead! The clear blue skies were noted, very nice, very nice!
The Blue Color Theme: Absolute Elegance
The reception was a visual delight with Abi and Matt’s blue color theme. The rich blue hues added an air of elegance and sophistication to the already picturesque setting. The main reception barn was transformed into a haven of love and laughter as the ceilidh unfolded and we were here for every moment of it, ducking under arms and getting involved, ha!
Golden Hour Magic
Ah, golden hour—the photographer’s golden ticket! Just before the sun dipped below the horizon, we couldn’t resist stealing Abi and Matt away for a few magical shots. The warm, golden light bathed them in a soft glow, creating photos that were nothing short of enchanting. Our advice to all future couples: when your photographers insist on golden hour shots, trust us, it’s worth it!
